CopyKeep

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

In short: CopyKeep does not collect, transmit or share any of your data. Everything you copy stays on your Mac.

Who we are

CopyKeep is made by Digitonica SRL ("we"). This policy explains how the CopyKeep app for macOS handles your information.

What the app stores

To work, CopyKeep keeps the following only on your Mac, inside the app's private, sandboxed storage folder:

You can delete individual items, clear your whole history, or remove everything by deleting the app.

What we collect

Nothing. CopyKeep has no network access. It runs in Apple's App Sandbox without the permission to connect to the internet, so macOS itself prevents it from sending anything off your Mac. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs.

Passwords and sensitive data

By default, CopyKeep skips copies that password managers mark as private (for example 1Password, Bitwarden and Apple Passwords). You can change this in Settings.

Purchases

CopyKeep Pro and the free trial are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Children

CopyKeep does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
